Additional Images from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Made Public by Democratic Party US Legislators

Development plans for Epstein's personal tropical island among the released materials.

Additionally included in this latest document drop appears to be a site plan for Great St James island, situated in the American territory.

The financier acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

The released images suggest he had drawn up development schemes to develop the sprawling island by erecting living quarters, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a pool.

Visible on the blueprint is a channel, a strait in the territory, marked on the south-eastern section.

This development map is annotated in notations in red and features a notes section labelling various sections of the land.

Alongside the main plan are what appear to be several other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, such as layouts for dock shelters.

More documentation made public as part of the ongoing oversight release.
